By accessing or using the BSX website, downloading our free frameworks (including "Customer Clarity"), or purchasing our products (including "Build Your Offer"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
2. The "No Refund" Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (Notion Workspaces, PDF Guides, and intellectual property), all sales are final.
- Once you purchase the "Build Your Offer" system, you receive immediate access to the full content.
- Unlike a physical product, digital knowledge cannot be "returned."
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right to a refund.
3. Intellectual Property (License to Use)
When you purchase or download a BSX product, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material.
- You CAN: Use the system for your own personal or business projects. You can edit the Notion templates for your own private use.
- You CANNOT: Resell, redistribute, share, or sub-license the templates, PDFs, or logic frameworks. You cannot re-brand this system and sell it as your own product.
- Enforcement: We actively monitor for unauthorized resale of our intellectual property and will take legal action against violators.
4. Earnings Disclaimer
BSX provides educational frameworks and productivity systems.
- We do not guarantee any specific results: Your success depends on your own execution, market conditions, and effort.
- We are not financial advisors: Nothing in our content constitutes financial or legal advice.
- Liability: BSX is not responsible for any financial losses or business failures resulting from the use of our systems. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. BSX and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Morocco shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
